Don’t buy OEM when you can buy these!
This is my second pair. The fact they’re my second pair tells you all you need to know. Better than OEM, lasted longer, great stopping power and don't squeak!

Trucker CO brake pads for Guide brakes
Just buy them already! Great performance and WAY less expensive than the OEM pads. I have these pads on all my brakes. They work great and I will purchase again!
