Must have if you're a DIY hair removal type of person!
This is my second Gigi wax warmer that I have purchased. I had my 1st for a little over 10 years, never had a single issue with it. Only had to purchase a 2nd because my teenage daughter took the 1st one to keep and use at her dad's house. 🤷🏻‍♀️ What are ya gonna do?! Lol I use the All Purpose Honey wax and that has always been perfect for any of my hair removal needs. Lol

cool little waxing machine
product is pretty sturdy. it is a good design and it comes with everything you need to get the job done. works great and easy to use. just takes a while to heat up the glue.

Messy but removes the hair
My only feedback is the wax is messy and the wax remover isn’t very strong. There is sticky wax left behind every time I use the kit.

Great for a professional not for amateurs
Did not like was very messy and was disappointed to see it at Sallys for 15 dollars cheaper...I still would not have bought it...maybe for a professional but not good for someone who doesn't know the product.

Sticky and painful
I hated this wax, it´s so sticky and difficult to take it off from everything (including your fingers). It´s also a really painful system... I won´t buy it again. I will go back to hard wax
