At wits end!
It could not be installed, not necessarily due to the product itself but a possible problem with Arlo’s continued support of this product! For some reason it connected to the security camera but would not connect to the internet, even when set to proper internet configuration of 2.4GHz. Junk
Probably why this was lightly used by the previous owner. During different parts of the day, if the camera goes off, the picture is totally distorted. Happens randomly. One of the three cameras has a problem with battery usage. Rarely goes off and battery only last a week. Not sure it was worth it.
