Anti mole device
I bought 3 of these devices, in an all out effort to combat the moles who are trying to destroy my front yard. I already had 3 older similar devices in the yard, plus a solar powered similar device. I felt that the moles had created a den in the root ball of a pin oak tree in the front yard, and I needed a device that would penetrate the ground and disturb them while in the root ball. I planted all 3 devices within 3 feet of the pin oak. Because of their larger size, it was a bit difficult to get them into the ground. But, with a iron pin and a sledge hammer, I created the necessary size hole. After putting the device in the ground, I filled the gaps with a fine grain sand. The next day, when I came out to inspect the devices, I found fresh tunnels around the base of the tree. About 3 days later, one of the mole tunnels actually led up to one of the devices, and then tunneled around it !! As best I can tell, these devices had no effect at all in repelling moles. Chalk up another victory for Mr. Mole

Great Product
Keeps all the critteres at bay. This is my third one in 20 years and when this wears itself out will get another. Saves me a couple hundred dollars a year as do not need a guy to spray all the time.

Seems to be working...
Mole tunnels have diminished since installing the item. However, the metal bodied unit is pictured and I received the plastic item. I'm not really thrilled about that, we will see how the plastic one holds up over time.

It works!
It works well in my yard! It is just not easy to remember to check for battery depletion every 6 months.

matbe gone
it's been 2 weeks since I put them in, saw activity a few days after install, after 2 weeks have not seen any new activity, hope they are gone.

Don't Waste Your Money
They do not work. I had to hire a professional to get rid of the moles.
