Easy-to-consume option for creatine, great quality!
Product is exactly what it says... micronized creatine in capsule form. I find these much easier to consume than unflavored creatine powder (I can't stand the grittiness). I've trusted Optimum Nutrition for my supplement needs for a long time and will continue to do so. If you're working out with any sort of vigorous training/weightlifting program and you're not taking creatine, do yourself a favor and start!
