Best advice on diabetes management from a Doctor/Engineer who has researched it first hand.
I found this book extremely helpful about 12 years ago. I have had diabetes for over 25 years bought this book for a friend who recently was hospitalized with complications of diabetes. Dr. Berenstein, who has been diabetic all his life gives some of the best guidance on diabetes management I have found.

Excellent life changing information
I found it to be very informative with excellent research and compelling reasons to follow a low carbohydrate lifestyle. Dr. Bernstein's life examples of his own journey and of the patients he has treated are interesting and informative as well. If you are overweight, insulin resistant, T1 or T2 Diabetic then I would highly recommend this book for you.

Glad to be introduced to a successful Type 1 diabetic despite Medical ignorance

Great And Interesting Alternative Diabetic Information That Is Enlightening
The book is full of detail of a man who has "trial & errored" everything in this book. He became a physician just to help others.
