Good Value.
Installed in a 2002 BMW 525i E39 MSport. Good Product so far. I have only had this unit installed for about a month, so no long term data to share. I really liked the OEM look of this camera/latch, very compact and stealth, looks like it came from the factory. The price point is very affordable, however camera is SD (I think Amazon has an HD version for almost x2 the price). Fitment was perfect, snapped in nice and tight. The 2 wire (black and blue wires) connector that plugs into the latch wiring was not correct, so I removed the 2 pins from the connector and inserted them individually into the factory female connector. This might just be a model version issue with my year car, but I did it that way because I didn't want to alter or damage the female portion on the vehicle if I ever wanted to go back to the original latch or change to an HD model camera/latch handle. I recently installed an Android head unit that automatically changes to rear camera input when putting the car into reverse, so there was no need for a trigger wire. Hope that helps.

Doesnt fit on T27
Even if description said it fits for T27.. it does not. But i made a workaround. Everyrhing is working fine, the video cable is 50-100cm short for me, i had to leave ir hanging in the trunk, because i couldnt fit it behind the trunk panels because of cables length. So far so good, the baclup camera is activating randomly on my pionieer, but that is most likely my wiring fault. i hope that LED doesnt burn out quicky, i want to leave it there for a longer period of time.

Good Product to by for a 3rd party device
Happy with the product , it does work well in low light condition does need some ambient light at night.
