Improving management through strategic planning by using the Balanced Scorecard in the energy sector in Romania is an up-to-date book, as it identifies strategic planning management solutions in order to strengthen its positive impact upon the energy sector in Romania, as a model able to be multiplied in more entities with relevant activity in this sector.
