Plenty of room for accessories such as weapon cleaning kit, small tools ect., or medical kit. Clear ID insert is removal and secured in the pouch with Velcro and comes out. Zipper seems well made as also the pouch. The molle straps have heavier material sewn onto the strap to help reinforce it to a vest. I use the pouch on a 1.75 riggers Belt and it secures fine.
