Shimano SM-SH56 multi release SPD cleats
I have an SPD set of pedals on cyclocross bike. I recently took a few spills on gravel and thought I better research to see if there is anything that will allow me to release quicker? When I am trying to remove my foot in an emergency situation I have a habit of trying to remove my foot in directions not supported by the single release cleat. I found these in an article and tried them...and love them.
