It definitely diminishes scars over time
This is the first choice for many dermatologists (from the research I've done). I have not been disappointed. Scars will never go away completely, but this gel has softened the appearance of old and new scars. It is working

Post surgery

Great product

Scar gel

Applicator sucks...
