Great fun, durable, smooth.
If you have enough with your old easy 3x3 cube, this is a challenge you looking for. Besides the fun, the material is durable and the quality is almost as good as in 3x3 (more moving parts here so it's about your technic) works smoothly. Price vs fun it deserves 10. But I'm just another geek who judges it.

Classic 4x4 Rubik”s Original
Definitely not the best turning cube but it is a classic. Nice colours and a well built cube overall. It is stickered unlike the new Rubik’s.

Rubik's Revel
The cube turns up in great packaging and gleans with perfect bright colours on each of its 6 sides. Once opened, you turn the sides through left and right turns, fingers flicking and switching until none of the colours match. Then after many hours, no matter how much you try, you can't get the perfect, bright matching colours back! I'll eventually work it out, but it really is... .. .quite a puzzle!
