A good choice!
This is a neck pick-up with some tone and decent output. I put this in a parts-caster I built looking for a little more of a retro sound. The bridge pick-up is from a 1993 Telecaster and twangs nicely. The combination of the 2 is just ear candy for me and '62 alone is jazzy and smooth. It's an easy install and the kit comes with both sets of mounting screws for pickguard or into the body along with the plastic tube spacers and foam padding. I think I made a good choice and am very pleased.

No mud here
Crisp top and upper mids, warm and round on the bottom. Retains clarity with just enough heat for a Tele neck pup. This one’s in a problematic Tele that that I couldn’t find the right pup to give me the sound I wanted—-problem solved.

Great tone for under 50 bucks
Sounds as good if not better than any Telecaster pickup on the market. I am really happy with the tone.
