Love it.
I've had my old Adidas bag like forever but needed a change, I have the smaller version of this bag and it's great so decided to get this one as well, loving it already, shoulder straps are nice and snug, you got venting on the back to help with air flow, strap on the top just so you can pick it up, insert pocket to store your big tablet or small laptop (14"), there's also a small zip pocket inside for your phone, key's or wallet etc, front zip pocket isn't very big but you can get a few things in there, also the two side pockets come in very handy. Workaday rucksack for urban use.

Excellent size for a woman good price and durable
I love this bag the only negative is it seems to fall of your shoulder when only using one strap maybe manufacturer could add a bit of something to make it stay on however when both straps are used perfect fit .... Lightweight
I wanted a lightweight, unfussy day sac that I could get plenty in eg. Jumpers, gloves, hat, lunch, thermos, camera or binoculars. This fits all these criteria but I am a bit concerned about the quality and durability as the fabric doesn’t feel that robust. Very little packpack for a lot of money
Not the best first impression as it costs in the region of 30 pounds for 20 litre one .design is average ,but all the essentials(pockets , storage) are there so not very dissapointed with it.
