A lot for a little money
First impression was good ,the head adjusters work well and make it fit snugly. Adjusters on the control unit are positive and a true colour is so much better than my old helmet which was 3times the price, all in all impressed.

Game changer, awesome.
My original helmet had issues with the adjusters so had to be replaced. Had no idea how bad a cheap quality helmet was until I tried this. The visibility is incredible. It is a better shape than the standard type with the harness hinges mounted in a slightly different position so it doesn't stick up so high. The shield can be adjusted nearer the face, light doesn't flood in behind the shield every time I tilt my head down and the hinges don't come loose after opening and closing a few times! I can SEE! It was only slightly more expensive than the generic standard products with the fancy paint jobs, but worth EVERY penny.

To some in one word " brilliant " !!
I have just got into welding, arc and tig, so I am very much at the hobby level. For some time I had been using a cheap welding mask, but finding I couldn't see much, so as I own a Parweld invertor, I thought I would buy there best welding mask. Wow what a difference, I can now see what I am working on. Very comfortable. One of the best bits of welding kit I have bought.

Broke after 2 months
Was using it fine, need to get use to the true colour. Then just stopped working creen went completely black and wouldn't change then came in the next day and was back to normal brightness but wouldn't auto darken or darken at all. The only way I managed to get it to darken was tap the side of the helmet but then next time you weld doesn't work again. What a waste of £60

Well worth the money!
Awesome piece of kit, true colour lens makes so much difference, I can finally see where i am starting a weld on a fiddly job! don't waste money on a cheap helmet with expensive looking graphics, my £25 one has gone in the bin after using this one

Very good for the price
I always struggled to see well with my previous helmet, which was to be fair a very cheap unit. When that failed after 10 years of service, I wanted to upgrade but still not pay too much as I don't weld very day. The Parweld XR938H is better in every way than my old helmet, but the best part is the truecolour feature. I can see the welds clearly now, everything is much easier to see and my welding has improved now that I can actually see what I am doing. I wish I had bought it long ago.

Lots of small design details make the difference
Have used this for around 2 hours now Tig welding mild steel Comfortable headband that stays put. good adjustment for drop down with welders nod reacts fast and with good adjustment to level of tint snap in mechanism for replacement of protective screens is quick and simple to operate.no fiddly screws slim mask profile means you knock your helmet less getting in to tight spaces bought this because previous helmet didn't have replacement batteries and it stopped darkening
