New, but...

Comfortable to hold!
While it's not as heavy as I had thought it would be, it fits nicely in my hand and it's enjoyable to fiddle with. The batteries did need switching since it was such an old toy, but that wasn't an issue. I love the concept behind this sonic screwdriver, having four parts representing four different time periods.
