Hinge Kit
Technics should've included these with the turntable. These aren't difficult to install and are worth every penny. I Youtube'd a video to learn the process and it couldn't be easier. Buy with confidence, this kit is 100% complete and easy to install!

It's a hinge.It hinges!
If you have an SL 1200 with a missing or broken hinge, then this item is a must for you. Being a "genuine" item, it looks and works 100% like the real thing! It is fitted by tightening 2 screws, so make sure you have been suitably trained in how to use a screwdriver.

I've got an old, very old technics 1210 mkII turntable ... It's been thru the mill over the decades and was in need of some replacement parts. The dust cover was in need of upgrade and the hinges to attach it. These hinges are top class, brands new and a bargain. Grab them, they're worth it.

Perfect replacement part for my damaged Technics 1210s lid hinge.
Absolutely spot on replacement parts for my Technic 1210 lid hinges. I've had the turntables for many years and somewhere along the way I lost a pair of lid hinges. Now sorted.

You need this
You need these on your SL-1200. All of my 1200's came with a dust cover but none with the hinges; I thought they weren't necessary and.... maybe they are not but I got hinges on all of them now and I love it
