True color
I've been using this product for 2 years. I dye my hair blond. It keeps my color true. No brassy at all!

Great Shampoo and conditioner!
Love this product! It absolutely cuts the any gold or yellow tones in the hair! It's a little pricey but if used properly will last 3 or 4 months! I use it after frosting my hair! Thanks Joico!

It Works!
I've used purple shampoos before that have left my hair feeling heavy and greasy. Joico Color Balance shampoo cleans well, smells good and really removes brassy, yellow tones. Highly recommended!

Gotta Have Joico!
Color Balance Purple brightens the gray in my hair without turning it blue. The rich formula makes my hair soft, shiny, and manageable. I wouldn't be without it!

Power of Purple
My hair is light blonde with strawberry blonde lowlights. The pearl grey reflects are really pretty and my mission was to remove the brassy edge. The product is deep purple and it lathered up to a violet color - that alone was awesome! It did not change my hair color but it took it to a cool tone - I love it! Works well with other conditioners and each time you apply the shampoo it gets better.

Wont fix a bad dye, but is a nice shampoo/conditioner.
Was hoping it would fix a bad dye job (hair had orange tint) but it didn't. Went to salon for professional toner, which I think should have done in the first place. The shampoo / conditioner are a good product. Hair felt clean and soft. I had high hopes it would fix orange tint, unrealistic. Will continue to finish product, now that hair is back to normal.

Offsets brassy hair tones great!
Really helps offset brassy hair tones, from my dyed hair, , which I hate. If I were bleaching my hair, it wouldn't be such an issue. Careful though, make sure you rinse down your shower, curtain, tub Immediately when it drops, because the purple is harder to get off when it dries..

Doesn't reduce brassiness
This shampoo suds up nice and smells good, but that's about it. The shampoo claims to reduce brassiness but I've been using it for a couple of weeks, about three times per week, and it has done nothing to reduce the brassiness out of my hair. I'll have to look for something else, and I definitely do not recommend this purple shampoo.

Joico for white hair
Does exactly what it says it will. I use 2-3 times a week. Anymore and I'll developed the prettiest light lavender shade you've ever seen! Just LOVE this brand!

Love this stuff! It takes away any brassy or gold tones in my bleached hair. Best purple shampoo out there!
