Great product for the hunter.
This is a very useful tool for the removal of cuckle burrs from your long haired dogs. Be careful with burrs close to the skin. Points are not sharp but the blades really are sharp and will cut a careless finger. Trust me. I use trimmers for ones really tight to the skin for all of our safety but for general burr removal this tool makes fast work of what used to take an hour.

Fantastic Dematting tool
This tool, for whatever price, I think it was like 11 bucks, is the best tool I've ever used on my standard poodle. It literally cut my brushing time down from an hour ordeal, with a stainless comb with rotating bristles, to 10 minutes with this tool. I would pay $50 for this thing if I had known it would work this well. It doesn't bend or break or get caught or even hurt the dog. Bar none, this is the best grooming tool I have ever found. I groom my standard poodle myself but after my back surgery I wasn't able to brush him out as often. This gets all the dense spots that get knotted on the backs of his rabbit back fee and at his pits and shoulders as well as head and ears. I love this thing. It does cut through the knots and removes some hair because the wave to the blades act as a serration and they also ground each blade to an edge. It is sharp and cuts right through the mats but doesn't hurt the dog or my hands, for that matter. The grip is comfortable and the thumb rest is positioned perfect. I can't say enough about this cheap tool that works better than many other costly brushes and combs I've purchased.

Great comb, love it!!!
I have a Great Pyrenees and she doesn't like getting brushed. With this comb she stayed still a little longer and I was able to get some of the larger knots out of her fur. With patience and small increment brushing I may have a new dog in no time.

Best dematting tool there is!
After struggling with other types of combs this one is the easiest. My poor dog has sat thru hours of combing and cutting mats out of his coat. He has a double coat and mats terribly when he sheds. The Safari makes grooming him so much faster and safer for both of us.

Comfortable to use and very durable.
I have had this tool before and it is indispensable for long haired dogs to break up knots without damaging the coat. I couldn't find replacement blades, so just got a new one. Highly recommended.

Best brush ever!!
We have tried all kinds of brushes and this is the first one we have found that actually cuts through knots! And my dog doesn’t try to bite us while we are brushing her!! Best brush ever!

Awsome product.
This worked great. The blades are very sharp but the ends are curved so you wont cut your pet or yourself. They work great and esaily remove matts so it makes it easy to groom my cocker spaniels. I honestly wish I had found about these years ago.

Surpasses awesome
I cannot believe that I am just finding out about this product. It is absolutely awesome. While using the product just jiggle it a little bit as you pull through the hair and it will remove the mat. If the mat is more difficult you can move the product back-and-forth through the mat using a sawing motion and this will remove the mat. Understand that these are very sharp blades. You must use caution and pay attention to what you were doing and you will love this product.

Exactly as picture and description stated
Good seller. The comb works well to detangle longer haired animals, not as good on short haired especially those like Maltese that have the under coat of very fine hair. Item is well made and exactly as description states. Delivery was prompt, mine came from US to Australia and arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe.
