First time user...
Decided to fix the soft gut. This works good and is very easy to use. I only do a few reps each night but could feel the difference immediately. Warning.. If you are out of shape, don't over do it at first... You'll be sorry and sore. I know. Solidly built. Priced reasonably. The belly buster
Great way to reduce or eliminate that belly . Probably won't develop six pack abs those take a lot of time especially if you start with a keg. Quality product easy to use and really gives a workout. great for an old guy
Since using this on a regular basis, the chronic pain on my left shoulder has gone away! It has improved the flexibility in my lower back as well. Perfect for the user with a bad back
I was getting lean enough for my abs to come but my back is messed from having cancer strangling my spinal cord and becoming enmeshed with the bone. I had to have part of my spinal column removed. I can't do sit-ups or crunches anymore but I saw this. Doesn't bother my back at all. Laying all the way out and coming up is one of the hardest ab exercises I've ever done. Get rid of your gut
Well, I have just started with this AB Carver. Look most anything else it will take some time. I've been carrying this thing around since I got out of service. I really noticed in the pictures that I am in that I have acquired breast's, it is time to do something about it. It is simple to use. Yes, I would recommend the Ab Carver to anyone. No running to some gym somewhere. It's easy to use in your home. Wow!
I have been using this for about a week now and i know with continued use ill get the stomach i want...you really feel it within the first 15 proper reps ..tip: if new to this start out with a small footprint and extend as you get better...also keep your stomach flexed during the whole rep and do not arch your back. Correct form will give you results quickly. Quality feels good i weigh 250lbs max rating is 300lbs. So far holding up!
