It's not clear glue but white pva glue.

Great stuff
I bought this to glue jigsaws together as I do a lot for my grandchildren for their bedrooms. Its perfect. Way cheaper than the products specifically for jigsaws and does the exact same job. It dries clear and goes on smoothly.. What else can I say? Buy it
