Love the warm sound but don't like the way the iPod sits on the dock
This dock sounds great, with warm vocals and nice bass. The reason for only four stars is because of a couple of design flaws. 1. The area where the iPod sits does not allow any room for a case. I have two other iPod docks, including another Klipsch model, that have enough space for the iPod with the case. For this model (1006819) I had to remove the case - not good. 2. The iPod is not held firmly in place. When any of the click wheel buttons or the center button is pressed, the iPod moves. This causes it to lose contact with the dock and sometimes causes the dock to shut off. The dock I purchased did not come with the remote, so I had to fix this issue. I cut small pieces of stick-on felt padding and attached them where the iPod first touches the dock. I still like the dock because of its warm sound, but I have four iPod Classics, and I'm disappointed that the cases have to be removed. I decided to use just one of the iPods on this dock - that way only one of my iPods is without a case.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
