Somewhat flimsey but cheap and reasonably effective drain cleaner.
This rod fulfilled its function but suffered some damage in the process. The thickness of the item and the long part of the wire which was stretched meant the first time it was used it became bent thus making further probes more difficult. It has been used twice and has helped but a broader diameter would have added to the robustness of the product for future usage.

Worth the money
Bath plug hole took ages to drain and after spending a fortune on drain unblocker and also plastic drain snakes this did the job. The blockage was approx 2 metres in (probably a calcium build up). The only downside was it got stuck when trying to pull it out. When I eventually managed to extract it there was a big kink in it which I couldn't straighten. A lot better than a plumber's bill, particularly in these challenging times!

I so hoped it wud work 🫤 .. barely mana...
I so hoped it wud work 🫤 .. barely managd 2 get ½m down my sink plughole, kept getting caught on plug, got it round u bend (which must b clear afta 3 x Mr Muscles) .. but cudn't move any further, had 2 wrestle it bak out .. it's gon in the bin 🙁

Flexible drain unblocked.
Good and easy to use, large handle so unable to lose in drain. Would be better with hook or brush on end. Excellent delivery time.

Useful item
Although this item did not cure the problem I was able to ascertain there was no issue in my section of a waste water pipe. It was later identified as being a blockage in another section of pipe further on. I will keep it. A handy tool to hold on to. You never know!

Drain unbloker
Got this item, hoping it would help unblock the shower drain, but unfortunately, it didn't work due to the way the pipes go

exact same thing in screwfix is more expensive than this!
Brilliant price, get it people it will solve a big problem, like when my stink pipe was blocked last month, couldnt get in far enough to clear blockage, used my neighbours 1 of these an absolute godsend, cured the problem. x

Problem drain, look no further cleaner rod to the rescue!
I left it too long to get this and got water stains on my ceiling! Out of all the choices luckily I picked this. 3M long rod as the shower drain was totally blocked. This got all the trapped hair and made it clear once again since shower put in. Fab tool.

Did the job perfectly
Needed the extra length for clearing the shower waste. It did the job perfectly and saved having to take down the hall ceiling to get to the waste pipework. It comes with a handle which is not of much use given the 5m length but it wasn't needed
