Great for fine detail casting & superior to air dry and polymer clays
So simple to use - but sets like fine ceramic. Captures fine detail beautifully on flat casts (I haven't tried 3-d moulds yet). I've had passable to OK results with a variety of air-dry and polymer clays, but this Scolacast plaster beats them all. I've had great results with the soft and shallow Stamperia moulds; the deeper and very detailed Zuri moulds, and some hand-made silicone and rubber moulds. Is dry enough to de-mould after 40 minutes or so, but give it a good 24 (warmish) hours to fully cure, before you add paint or weatherproofing (marine) resin. Mix is 3 parts plaster to 2 parts water - result is a thick but pourable medium.

Plaster of Paris
Great product, easy to use, making sure you have a good mould is necessary. Not used plaster before, so is taking a few goes to get the mixture the right consistency, but so far, moulds have come out great.

Quality produced good result
The Plaster of Paris mixes well in cold water without leaving any lumps. It is quick drying and easy to sand down. The product is new and gives good results. As there are no guide as to the amount of water to use for the amount of powder,( ie: mls to table spoon) you have to do a test to work it out for yourself. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the product and how it performed.

Great if you need it for craft projects
I’ve never used plaster of Paris before but I found it easy to use and it was very smooth to put on.

It's god's for even tiny molds or formikarium , very plastic even after dry you can scrape easly
