Doesn't work
Received it in an unmarked box, with no user's manual. Found one online no problem but just more $$ for the phone's cost. Set it up as per the instructions and it had no tone when the receiver was taken off the control panel. I've followed all the troubleshooting instructions in the operator's manual and still no luck. The phone rings from incoming calls but when I pick up the receiver I can't answer the call. I'm sure the product is good but the example I've got just doesn't work. Needless to say I'm not satisfied....... !!!!

Excellent Buy
This is the best phone/answering system I have ever owned. It has everything you could want and only took 10 minutes to completely set up including recording an outgoing message.. It has more features than were described. And it looks great too.

Great Option for the Instruction-Challenged
These days, when I buy electronics, I tend to remain woefully ignorant of most of their features for the life of the product, simply because I get lost with complicated instructions. Press, options, scroll, hit okay....fuhgetaboutit. Bluetooth to me is just some type of dental condition. That's why I love this phone. It's so basic and simple that I could figure it out and get it set up within 15 minutes. And it works just fine! I can leave my head scratching for weightier subjects.

Bad battery
Phone came with a dead battery. Would not charge had to replace. Purchased insurance but do not know how to report.

Had to be reprogrammed
I returned one unit like this for failure to pair both handsets to the main unit. I purchased this one and found the same problem but this time I found codes to enter that erases the memory than both handsets re-marry to the base. This information should be included with these units incase the factory programming fouls up.

Nice phone for the price
Set up was very easy, answering machine was also a snap, over all very good cordless phone for the price. only downside is that the base part had marks on it I could not get off, wondering if it was new or a return.

stay away from this model
Horrible design, battery dies in 2 days without use off of base, sound quality less than good, cell phone design menu is way to complicated,
