Does it work?
We seem to have fewer Japanese beetles this year in spite of the fact that we have planed numerous rose bushes. but then we are only into our first year with it. I recently applied a second application which should enhance the effect. Unfortunately, the effectiveness of any treatment also depends on what your neighbors do as Japanese beetles have wings and they aren't angels. Therefore my opinion is somewhat subjective and based somewhat on studies that have been done by others. I am convinced enough that I will probably add another treatment next year. Warning, don't count on Milky Spore alone to solve a Japanese Beetle problem. There is still plenty of room for selective spraying and removal of some plants which seem to attract the little pests. It also helps if you physically remove or crush them. We see a few every morning but much fewer than last year.

an old friend
have used this product many x b4. product works, length/duration of effectiveness depends on surroundings & proper application. IE: neighboring properties & proper act. of product used on your own property. it is only product I trust 2 get rid of grubs which in turn attract moles without poisoning my fruit trees. 4 stars only because it does not always last more than 1 season as touted. I surmise reason 4 difference of endurance is the terrain.

Rid your lawn of grubs with this great product the natural way!
Milky spore is the most natural way to rid your lawn of grubs from Japanese Beetle larva. I've been using this disease for over 30 years. One application every 10 years for a nice lawn is well with it. I bought this for my cousin's new lawn and we both applied it. Very easy application took us less than 30 minutes. Good stuff if you follow specific instructions.

Works, but moles make more mounds First Season
This product works well the second season as it kills the grubs that the moles and voles eat, so you should see less mounds in your lawn the second season as their food supply gets killed by the milky spore powder.

Product description not completely true.....
Product description says "not harmful to people or animals"....Yet the instructions say it is very harmful to both.. I would sincerely recommend you weigh these facts if you have a pet. I just put it on the lawn a few days ago and haven't seen anything different. Will need to wait a little longer before final judgement.

Very easy to use
This product has been the total answer to most of the problems we were having in our area, and on our property with our grass and also our coffee trees dying off, It has been our saviour Thankyou, We have spent both money and time trying all sorts of products available in Australia all to be of no benefit we tried this in a small area first only to be very surprised at the result, Our coffee trees are the best in years Thankyou

A time proven grub eliminator
This product has been in use for ever and is an organic material and so effective that it usually carries a 10 year guarantee...a pain in the neck to apply, but doing it every 10 years does mitigate that inconvenience..it is effective period...it does the job completely...you will be grub free for at least 10 years according to my personal experience

Not happy with results
Put this product down in may last summer to kill grubs. By the end of the summer the grubs were so bad that skunks were digging holes in the lawn every where to get to the grubs. Not worth the money. Ended up using Grub-ex with great results.
