Larger than expected - needs exact phone placement.
for the large size, I expected it to charge my phone if it was places a little askew. But phone must be places directly in the center - which is a little frustrating considering smaller ones I had in the past didn't require direct placement.

Go cordless
I love not having to fumble with cords anymore (and better yet not having to replace them all the time). This one charges faster than the 5w one I previously bought. All in all I really like this product.
