Great value for an excellent series.
Black Sails has been very good entertainment. It loosely follows the historical accounts of several famous and notorious pirates. The sea battles and acting are very well done, and the characters are real without being over-the-top acting.

Funny and a great gift
I got it for someone as a present and they loaned it to me so that way I can watch it. They were so happy with the serious and thought it was funny. She said it is like Pirates of the Caribbean on drugs. I can't wait to watch it.

good 4 seasons but wish they did 5th season
I do like set of each of the four seasons but it would have been better to buy the dvd colletion set it fives holder for all four seasions plus thier is a 13th disk with set

Excellent portrayal of 18th century pirates and politics, the characters are believable and bring realism to the series. If you like high seas adventure, this package hits a home run. Great entertainment...
