Worth a try - but beware!
Yes it works - and the higher values of power are TOO shocking. Discovered that it goes into power-saving mode after about 3 mins (see supplier's notes) It just has two little nodules which contact the skin, so to use on other parts need to add cable and conducting electrodes. But it should be possible as the nodules can be unscrewed to make a connection. As another reviewer has said, make sure that if you give the controller to anyone else, that you absolutely trust them. The unit claims to be multi-function, but basically the mode is 'vibrate' (which is fun) or shock (which is not so fun at more than minimal settings). It came quickly and the supplier responded well to questions about its use and functions. Fantasy toy at a good price. Enjoy(??)

Electrocute your (or better still, someone else's) testicles.
Wow, I'm absolutely terrified of this device, never tried it round my neck but it shocks balls horrifically. Awesome in the true sense of the word, my advice never, ever give anyone the remote control, ever. Enjoy!
