Garden hose
Ordered the product and a fast delivery so all in all ok, mounting the hose to the wall was a bit of a pain due to all three locating fixings being slotted also the screws did have the tendency to chew up a bit but it was easy solved by using better quality philips headed screws that i had to hand And finally the guide does help a lot but if you dont keep your eye on it when winding it all back on it will bunch

Does exactly what it says on the tin
The price was right, quality excellent, easy to mount although instructions were poor, and it works. Finally when you've finished it virtually puts itself away and the operator remains absolutely dry during the whole process

Good value product, slight issue with installation.
Excellent product for the price. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is that it is supplied with a 'spring' to be inserted into the hose where it joins the reel. The purpose is to allow the hose to be bent at an angle without collapsing. The problem is that if installed as the instructions seem to suggest it is impossible to obtain a watertight seal of the hose into the adapter. As always there are ways round it, but perhaps the instructions need to amended.

just the job
i purchest this for a customer who had bought a x hose and the inner hose had broke within a cuple of days i advised her to have a real type hose and yours came out on top she is very happy with it thanks

Hozelock Hose Reel
Yeah good starter hose for a small garden, I have a 30mtr garden so I connected a longer hose and it does its job fine. A hose is a hose unless it gets tangled up or folds over on its self and is left for the entire winter and so when you go to use it it spilts at the fold. This one is made not to spilt. So all in all does the job just roll it up over the winter and it will last years. Hangs on the wall so no storage problems either. Hozelock is a named brand so you know what you are buying and it comes with a guarantee so there are spare parts and someone to complain to.

Good product, does what it’s supposed to.
I bought this to replace one that was several years old and was leaking badly. It was easy to fit, as I was able to use the original holes in the wall and even the original screws. You have to take care to tighten the hose connection very securely, or it will leak. You also have to tighten the mounting screws securely, or the reel may lift itself off its mountings while you are rewinding the hose back in.

Very poor quality
Purchased this to replace the 20 year old hozelock reel that had served fine. To start with can't see how you can ever properly stow 30m of hose the reel is tiny. Secondly the hozelock hose on the hozelock fitting on the reel leaks and despite trying for an hour to solve it, no joy. Feel I have completely wasted my money.

One of a kind.
It’s great value for money and comes with some extras which you wouldn’t usually get in store that’s if you can still locate this type of reel in store which is probably not going to happen, the colour matches my garden furniture into the bargain.😎

Hozelock watering system
A great hosepipe system and good value, fitted to the wall,it has all the connections easy to fit with a few tools, reel it in when the tap is on its easier.
