Best math curriculum!
I am currently using this with my 6 year old and will lose it with my 5 year old this fall. It is wonderful! My 6 yo loves the story at the beginning of each lesson. Fantastic all in one Math curriculum
Such a great and practical way of introducing math to kids! I personally found this to be very elementary and doable for a child that has never been introduced to math concepts at all. It was a bit too elementary for us though, which simply meant we were doing more pages per day than suggested so that we could get to the next book faster. However, it is very much on par with other kindergarten math curriculums. I also love that you don’t need to buy a ton of manipulatives. Love it!
This is a wonderful math book that reads like a storyline, more than a traditional text with just worksheets and formulas. It does have practice sheets in it, however, the book engages the student through a storyline and it doesn’t compartmentalize math. It is presented as a living subject. It applies math to real life situations through the adventures of the characters Charlie and Charlotte and their experience on their grandparents’ farm.
