  • Best book to understand Dyslexia and how it affects learning.

All time best book on Dyslexia. It is more of a scientific book written for the layman. I found it the most informational book about this condition. gives the Science Research into Dyslexia and then how Dyslexia can manifest itself all through life, from childhood to teenager. Then is also provides many links to even more research. I have provided this book to everyone of my child's teachers, those that choose to read it, I see more success in their teaching and the interactions with my child.

This book is very helpful if you have a child with dyslexia or you are teaching a child with dyslexia. It is not an entertainer. If your not interested in dyslexia it will be tough reading. But if you want to learn more about it you will have a hard time laying this book down.
