The movie was fantastic! But the 5 part mini-series was even better.
If you enjoyed the movie of the same name, you will love the 5 part mini series. It goes much deeper into the characters of the various figures. If you have ever read the book by Vaino Linna you will immediately recognize every part of this series. The movie was great but this series is awesome. A brief note on the movie - not the 5 part series. If you order it, be very certain that you are getting the genuine article. I made the mistake of buying one that turned out to be a lousy Russian pirated copy. The video and audio quality was poor and the English subtitles - when they occasionally appeared - made no sense whatsoever. Presumably the original Finnish had been translated into Russian and then some stupid Russian tried using google translate to create English subtitles. I finally did get a genuine article and the video and audio quality as well as the English subtitles were excellent.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
