Eliminates blindspots, but does not make tracking perfect
Pro: As expected with the third sensor, I can now freely play room scale games without worrying about the touch controllers not being seen by sensors. I can put my hands behind my back and they would still be tracked. Neutral: You will still have the occasional tracking problems and jitter that are not caused by occlusion. These won't be solved with adding sensors. Con: Setting up the 3rd sensor takes quite a bit of trial and error. I probably spent 20 minutes getting the three cameras where the software suggested, because of the limits of my play area. More specifically, I initially placed the 3rd sensor too far from the other sensors, trying to create a bigger play area. You can't tell the software that "I want to keep this sensor where it is, but I can move the other two".

Legit and a great deal
I was worried, buying an oculus sensor for so little when most others cost so much and that it was the right model, initially. It has arrived and works great. No issues what so ever, just a great item, and the tracking was comprehensive too. Thank you!

Works perfectly.
I've thought about upgrading my old Rift to a Quest 2, but to be honest, I really like my Rift. And I figured that if I could get a good deal on a 3rd sensor, it would save me a lot of money. Maybe one day I will fork over the money for a real upgrade (what's coming next?) but for now, this sensor was just what I needed.

Gets the job done
1 sensor is only good for straight forward game play where you are not turning, This sensor works well for forward looking interaction with your game or other entertainment app. My room space is moderate and this sensor tracks me fine. 2 sensors allows for some movement but not turning around where your controllers might be hidden from the sensors. 3 sensors (or more) and a long extension cable is absolutely necessary if you intend to turn around fully with your touch controllers and shoot the baddie behind you. Adding this 3rd sensor really brought my game to the next level, for instance in Robo Recall and Pirate Trainer. I'll be glad when/if Oculus drops the sensors altogether in favor of inside-out sensing.

Worked Great
No difference between this one and the original one. Can’t tellem apart. Works great. It was “open item” but looked brand new ad far as I could tell.

Worth the back and forth bidding!
This was purchased to replace one from my grandson's set. The former fell to the carpeted floor from 16" (due to my clumsiness) and could not be repaired by me or his step-dad. This replacement has been working fine and I have been more careful walking around it!

works great for 360 tracking
It's for the older Rift which are selling used at bargain prices. This is a great system for little money, which will last until a REAL resolution generation comes along. Not much difference between this and a Rift S.

Great product!
Does exactly what my other sensors do! I use this as my third sensor to track behind me and also parts of the floor. With the great price of $30 it is hard to beat.

Works just as intended
After using this used product for awhile, I can say that even though it didn’t come in the original box that it was handled with care. Everything is in working order and had a better price than the rest. What more could I ask.
