Great sleep!
Perfick! But can only take them for two nights then rest. But they work well and I had a really good nights sleep.

Help with sleep problems
I have problems with sleeping and keep waking up every couple of hours and would stay awake for ages before going back to sleep so I keep these tablets on my bedside unit plus some juice and take one when I wake up which allows me to go back to sleep within minutes without having to lie in my bed wide awake.

I like these because they are just herbs and although it says take 2 I only take1, and find they work well.
