Win, win all rounder!
This is my second pack of tablets and i wouldn't be without them especially for my hair and nails which for me is why i take them and they do work. I'm nearly 66 and i've got a good head of long, strong hair and my nails are greatly improving, much stronger, seem to grow quicker and look alot better. Must admit for an oldie my akin is pretty good as well so altogether a win, win all rounder! . I rate them as well because they are gluton and wheat free which is a real plus for me as i have Coeliac disease. A good brand that works and is much cheaper than the high street. Hard to swallow and vile Taste.
I'm sure it's efficient and does help with skin hair and nails. But this product is in large tablet form that is not coated to make it easy to swallow, and it's large and crumbley and tastes vile. Worked for me
I got these for flaky, ridged nails and they do what they say on the tin! My nails look much healthier and feel stronger after taking them for a couple of months. Make me feel sick
