High quality magazine
I ordered this magazine as a third one for my new 40 cal S&W Shield 2.0. The gun only come a with two from the factory. This magazine is an original S&W piece and is very good quality. It is brand new, no damage and functions flawlessly. I would purchase it again and would highly recommend it to anyone who need extra magazines for their S&W Shield firearm.

Loading problem encountered
One of my reasons for buying this magazine was to see if the unbelievable spring pressure found in my original that came with the pistol had been eased in the manufacture process. It has not. Unless I spend more on a replacement spring, I am stuck with a 7 round capacity maq that I am almost unable to load the last two rounds. There seems to be a serious manufacturer's oversight which needs to be corrected.

7 rd 40 s&w shield mag
The mags fed the ammo through my weapon with no flaws. I put a 100 rounds through them , no problem.

Wrong magazine internals.
Wrong springs and followers installed in the magazine body. Had to order separately. Still just barely cheaper than ordering new replacements directly from S&W.
