It works as promised
Like others, I not always write reviews but my decision to puchase this item was mainly based on reviews so its only fair that I also share my review for any one doubtful about this item. It does the work, we now can use wifi internet in a room where the wifi was constantly losing signal to the point where we had to always go to the livingroom to watch Youtube, etc. Now my husband can watch movies with no signal disconnection for several hours. I am just satisfied. He has a laptop and i have a cellphone. It was also easy to install, you just have to pay attention to what you are doing.

Great working extender, but poor installation instructions
They should have stated the password was the wifi security number in the router settings page. It is not the pass word to open the routers page for setup.The instructions should be more precise. After putting in the correct security number the extender works great. Wasted a lot of time getting it setup.

Easy setup, greatly increased wifi range
I set the range extender up using the wps quick setup. It took longer to locate the wps button on my router than to set up. Set you wifi on your device to the wifi ending in ext using your password from you existing network and you are all finished. The wifi range is greatly improved. Connection drops just about nonexistent.

All it's cracked up to be
This item works as advertised. It basically piggybacks off of your current router and creates an additional set of Wi-Fi names to connect to that extend your network to weak areas. It's great. Get it. You won't be sorry.

Good wifi repeater.
Works very well. I have had another wifi signal repeater but it disconnected from the network very frequently. In this the network is stable and powerful. Repeat 2G and 5G very well. Very good option at a low price. Also, it took me longer to open the box than the setup. I recommend it.
