I bet the person who designed this bow never had to put one together.
For a bow that sells close to $600 you would expect a bit more quality control. Mine arrived missing the quiver adapter which was supposed to be a factory installed part. I did contact Barnett and they shipped the missing parts pretty quick. But they sent the wrong size set screw to attach the part. In three other places the supplied screws were too short to fit correctly, each being close to 1/4" too short. Another area took me forever just to get the screw started due to a slight misalignment of the parts. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase but believe the bow to be a bit loud. better choices
It is light and compact. Final finishing was lacking, had to grind a molding ridge inside trigger guard so trigger did not stick causing it to not reset. Trigger itself is loose, not solid. Functions well, easy cocking, feels good and looks good. Just a little more attention to detail would make this an "A" list compound crossbow. so small and compact when cocked it makes a long hike with a climber on your back a breeze. Poorly Packaged
I ordered this and it was poorly packaged. The scope was out of its box rattling in the main box. It was missing the 3 arrows but the sticker was here. Part of the box was opened and resealed as well I will include photos. I was informed that this is the way Barnett packages their items. Picture 1 shows the cut Barnett tape Picture 2 is the other side not cut Picture 3 shows how it looked once opened (nothing securely packaged for shipping) Picture 4 Shows the scope out of the box Picture 5 Shows the Scope box in a place where I don't see the scope escaping the box because of size and turn radius

Raptor reverse crossbow

Reverse draw RAPTOR

Don't buy
Second shot the cables/string came off. Shot bolt ok. So I restrung thinking something mite have been twisted. Shot good about twenty shots then did the same thing except arrow came out half power. I like it a lot
Had no problem putting it together. Unfortunately the side quiver bracket broke. The button that u compress (with spring compression) to attach the quiver flew out across the room. It startled me but had a good laugh afterwards. Contacted the sales department about the mishap and they contacted me the next day and the new bracket is being shipped. Bow assembly

BC Rapter Reverse
Crossbow was easy to put together, took under half an hour. Very accurate, easy to cock with the rope provided. Hits very hard, bolts try to go right through a layered target, suggest putting second bag behind first target. Only negatives so far is the quiver mount would not stay tight, even with loctite, had to be moved from original position, and one of the string stop cushions popped off after around twenty shots, had to be re-glued.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
