Every home should own a copy.
This book is timeless. The studies compiled are now being repeated in present day. Our family has used this book to help us for three generations. I highly recommend it. For us, this book is our nutritional bible that we use on a regular basis. It also has remedies for bad bones, shingles, (Got rid of mine in days!) you name it and you will see that the malady is probably covered. If not then look up the symptoms.
