Great value and perormance.
This is a good stat & tube which is now controlling my Beko larder fridge with auto defrost. The capilliary tube was longer than the one fitted by the manufacturer and fortunately the Beko Stat & Lamp housing is quite large so I was able to coil the excess inside. The capilliary tube is 2mm dia with a slightly larger ball end to assist feeding back into the housing. Works fine.
It works fine. The capillary tube was longer than the original, so I coiled it up inside as others have done. The spade connectors were bigger than the originals so the existing wires didn't fit, but I had some 1/4" terminals so I could make new wires.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Fridge Maintenance
I was thinking replacement of the Thermostat would be the cure for the old one, as it was already at maximum cool but as its just turned May to me it seemed changing it would be the obvious procedure, alas on seeing the replacement was identical exactly, I questioned myself have I the right answer, further more where was the quality inspection label with factory set labels. it has a thermal wire that is too long for my needs, but it is possible to roll it into a spiral and thus shorten it, it would be worse if it was too short, the connectors are seven millimeter pins when I needed 5 mm and I also had to modify it with an angle grinder, maybe it is just the model of the refrigerator that I have that is so handicapped, in any case I managed, I give it 10 points out of 10Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Works perfectly
Although a fraction of the price of an equivalent OEM thermostat, this one has got an old fridge working perfectly again - retaining the temperature at between 3 and 5 degrees Centigrade.

I would buy a branded thermostat next time.
the thermostat fails to keep the fridge at a constant temperature. It varies by several degrees whether the door has been opened or not. it varies between 1.5 and 7degrees centigrade, measured with a wireless thermometer left in the fridge.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Good value replacement for original part
This is a good value replacement for the original manufacturer's part. The terminals have different orientation to the thermostat in my fridge, but are the same size and numbered to match the originals. Not a refrigerator thermostat ?
This product was purchased based on recommendation that it controlled a Beko Larder fridge. It did not control the temerature 3-5 degrees. it went 4 degrees below zero.
