Definite benefits in installing
Very easy to install and set up. Have updated two Mac Laptops so far and both were straight forward, without complications. Real "plug-and-play" for a change. Very stable and smoother operation overall. On our current Mac's this is as far as we can progress but will provide some future proofing as far as function is concerned. Also enables an upgrade to current MS Office. Excelent product no reservations in recomending to anyone with an older Mac who wants to improve its performance.

Unable to install new Snow Leopard
I bought this software because my 10 year old IMac was corrupted when I updated safari.I wiped the hard drive and reinstalled . There were still problems with safari quitting and my word processor. When I tried to install Snow Leopard the IMac told me the system was incompatible.

It works but it wasn't new as advertised.
The disc was scratched and I was worried it may be second hand? It may be okay, but it was sold as new. Please advise. thanks
