Very unhappy and disgruntled customer
For one thing, it was meant to be brand new. I and my mate went over it 2 or 3 times and found loads of bits scratched and with little knocks in it. It was meant to play multi# regional DVDs but when we tried it would decode them. The 3D was also hard to find and didn't seem to work.
