Almost perfect.
I've been using it for about 3 weeks now. I purchased it primarily, of course, to enhance the TV sound from my Pioneer plasma TV, for which it does an excellent job. The sound stage is more full and the sub-woofer really adds depth and dimension. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the HWJ550 also equips itself admirably playing music, e.g. via the optical port from the cable box or internet receiver. I wanted some music playing in the background one morning, and before I realized I hadn't yet turned up the volume on the receiver to engage my main speakers, the soundbar had auto-powered on via the optical out from my receiver. I cranked up the volume on the soundbar and enjoyed the concert (I listen mainly to classical and jazz). Setup was fairly easy and straightforward. The only minor quibble I have is that I wish there was an LED on the front of the soundbar to indicate that the device is "on" when in the powered-on state. I used to work as an electronics/engineering technician and I have a "built-in" preference for indicator lights.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Samsung Soundbar
I purchased this soundbar because my new TV had very small speakers because of it;s thin design and they have performed great. They were very easy to install and when I occurred a problem a call to the service center was all I needed to get the proper settings for my base unit. Nice Product for the money
This Obviously isn't going to pacify the Audiophile, but for rounding out a 4K with tiny tinny speakers, this does a great job. Seems nicely balanced, with good sharp highs and quality lows. The best part is the integration with the Samsung Equipment. I turn on the TV with the Cable controller (not even the TV remote) and everything fires right up. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for fuller sound without drop-kicking the checking account.. Great sounds.
This is my first sound bar and what a difference it makes. Setup took 15 minutes. I have a spectre uhd TV. Connected the hdmi arc out on the sound bar to hdmi arc port on the TV and everything automatically worked. The volume can be adjusted through my regular TV controller because of using the arc connections. I've read comments about the bass lacking, and at first time thought the same. That was until I played an action scene and listened to music =this puppy has plenty of bass. And I'm a guy who had subwoofers in my truck back in my younger days, so I know bass.
