Interesting read & great food
The recipes inspired me to want to put the book down for a bit and go to the kitchen to cook! This is not the usual collection of 'same-same', slight variations of the usual recipes found in this type of book. The restricted availability of ingredients, Wendy's cooking experience and the multicultural influences have created a bounty of tasty, unusual and exciting flavours and dishes .... easily whipped up in the home kitchen.
