Chia seeds keep me very regular.
As I’m on a ketogenic diet,I used to get very constipated,but since using the Chia seeds I now have no trouble with Constipation,I couldn’t recommend chia seeds enough,,they make lovely deserts or breakfast meals.

Great source of energy
Good quality organic Chia Seeds at a great price i mix them in with my morning porridge whilst cooking and gives me lots of energy and a great start to the day.

value for money
Given the price, I thought this product was good value for money. Granted, there are better grades on seeds available, but that comes at a higher price. It depends what it is someone is looking for. As I use them a lot, and am having to shop around, this product gives me a fair product at a fair price.
