This is an excellent cook book I have used for years! Ever get the urge to spend the day cooking?...this is your book. Spend one day cooking and making the mixes and then freeze and use in several recipes when time is at a premium. You save money by making your own mixes! making mixes ahead of time makes cooking much easier

since i have had a chance to look at book binding not there and pages missing will not order from these people again
