Has great special features & 3D Format if you like!

Good 3D
James Cameron did a redo on Titanic converting it to 3D. 700 artists rotoscoped each frame by hand on computer. The effect was ok, but would have been better if shot with stereoscopic camera. “It Came From Outer Space” was shot with stereoscopic camera, extremely well done. I myself do stereoscopic content on my Mac. Aspect ratio is 1.37:1 widescreen was just starting in 1953. Was shot in 1.37:1 but was shown in 1.85:1 in theaters, by blocking some top and bottom and projecting to fill screen.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

It Came From Outer Space 3D
Thoughtful, legitimate science fiction of the period. Special effects not up to modern level but handled well and tastefully. Falling rocks quite effective. Characters are fairly well developed. 3D is quite adequate. My only complaint: like most SciFi sound effects of the time - a bit Theremin happy. good classic scifi

not special but not bad
Should've been in color, because the 3D effects don;t stand out as much in black and white.and the creatures are a bit corny but when we were in our teens, and before we landed on the moon, there was a lot that could've been lurking "out there".Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

OK and retro fun.
