Equalizer and Above
I may be a bit biased because I love everything with Denzel as part of the cast, but I've watched this film about a dozen times already and I'm yet to begin to become bored with anything about it. He plays the sort of man we all wish we could be - brave, brilliant, caring, resourceful, and the ultimate warrior. There's nothing about the film that would keep you from going to see it with your mother. Yet, it keeps you entertained and engaged.

Awesome action/adventure!
I thoroughly enjoy the action/adventure movies that Danzel Washington creates. The movie has a great story line that acts out how society is today. There was nothing in this movie that was phony in portraying a former special force member of what I am familiar with being a military veteran. This is a DVD worth having in your collection.

My friends wife used to work at Lowe's so I thought she would also get a kick out of it.
One of my modern favorites. I bought it as a gift for my best friend so I could share a little "bad boy" Denzel with him.

The Best Movie I have ever watched
My Favorite Movie. I watched it over 20 times. The Casting, Acting, Screen play & Script & Sound Track Music are absolutely Amazing. I will not like any of the 2 newer Equalizer Movies because they do not have Characters like Teddy- a Brilliant Character, Slavi, & Chloe these 3 amazing actors were perfection in the rolls they portrayed with Denzel. Each Actor Brilliant in their own way.

Mr. Underestamated
A good guy that gets underestimated by the bad guys. Without asking he fills the needs of the downtrodden and maligned. The pace of the movie is a bit slow in the middle and finishes with all the pieces in place. The end of the movie begs for a follow up movie....but by now I don't think it will happen. Not a movie for kids.

The movie was great I brought it for my kids. I already have one of my own and too see Denzel kick some butts. Awesome movie can't wait too get equalizer 2.

Enjoyable action movie.
Great movie if you like action and seeing the "bad" guys lose in a unique way. It has a good story behind it if not very complex. This and the sequel are very good.

One for the Good guys !
You can always expect an excellent performance from Denzel Washington,which he gives in this movie ! He is not so much a vigilante, as a righter of wrongs ! The bad guys get what they deserve and then some..Haha

Watched during State of the union.
Thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Denzel did a great job. Can't wait to see Equalizer 2. Dvd arrived in perfect condition.
