Razor ecosmart metro electric scooter
Got this scooter for camping to get around campgrounds. It's easy to put together and has lots of power to move this Fatman's 220 lbs around . It's a bit heavy at 67lbs it's not easy to lug around and throw in back of a pickup or SUV but it's fun to tool around . You'll need a light for the handlebars for night time use . Easy To Use
I bought this for my wife and she really enjoys it. Here's her comments: "I've ridden it nearly every day on our town's bike paths. The throttle is easy for my arthritic hands to operate, as is the brake. I enjoy it very much and especially like the basket behind the seat which is perfect for carrying my oxygen tank. I can also park it right at the front door of any shops I need to visit and so far it's held a good charge and hasn't given out on me mid-trip. Great Buy Fun, Fun, Fun.
Throttle plastic hard and uncomfortable, a softer more plyable plastic would be better. Softer takeoff would also be better. This is super fast downhill. Plenty of power for my 195 lb frame. Long lasting battery. I bought it for myself when we go to campground, but is so much fun I ride it everyday around neighborhood. My grandkids 10 and 8 years old LOVE IT TOO !! Can't get them off it. Heavy duty scooter
Great quality, well made. Kind of heavy but all the weight sits very low. Super easy to ride but not too fast (I’m at the very top of the weight limit). I LOVE this scooter!
I did so much research & read so many reviews on several electric scooters before settling on this one. I'm so glad I chose the EcoSmart Metro. It's fast & perfect for the area I live in. I live in a beach community & everything is within 2-3 miles of my home. I can run quickly to the store & it makes running errands fun! Highly recommend this scooter. Terrific Product
My husband has wanted an electric scooter for some time to do in-town errands without having to be inside a car. He absolutely loves this item. As good as the reviews say it is.
I just got it, so I can not attest to the durability or how well it hold up after 2 years , but my initial conclusion is that it is well built. I live 6 miles from work, so I bought three 10 amp batteries, to make sure I can get there, before the batteries die. I read some review that said that it was surprisingly fast, I have to agree with that as well. I read that average bicycle speed is 9.6, so this is just under twice that. I do not regret buying this, only that the sell lowered the price by $25 dollars two days after I bought one from them. I did customize it by removing all of the affixed decals, I like a clean look. I am considering painting the black battery box the same pearl white as the frame, or if I can find bamboo vinyl decal material to match the deck, that would look really sweet. Some blogs have people post that they have added a 4th battery to 48 volts to increase speed, but not being sure that the motor was made for this I did some research and found that this can stress the motor and shorten its life.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Best value good store
I waited to do review, live in a snow state, recieved lackage speedy, easy to build price was amazing, thanks so much free shipping, i tried my scooter, i added some lights i had from my bike, took me a few seconds to get used to the scooter, went uphill easlily, i am 57 female 175, i highly recommend the razor ecosmart scooter for those quick nearby travels, the basket on rack is convient, i was able to put enough groceries to get by, the only issue i am having is i have to store scooter in hallway the scooter is heavy so i built a temp system using a box to get the scooter up and down stairs since the scooter is way to heavy to lift, leaving out in garsge in low frigid temps is not recommended foor battery, cant wait until spring so i can get out and about on scooterBestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Don't go down hill!
This scooter has no front brake, only rear, and very weak. The brake seems very effective on level ground, but on steep hills it is inadequate. On my first test drive, I noticed on a gentle hill that it wasn't stopping me quickly. I tightened it with the adjuster at the brake lever, but on the next, steeper hill, I was unable to stop at all and forced to turn into busy traffic against a red light. I could have been killed. Also the motor wasn't strong enough to get back up the hill. It came to a dead stop. Back home, I tried adjusting the brake, but it seemed fine. Any tighter and it would have dragged. It's just not adequate. Otherwise it seems nice, and easy to set up. Should be fine if you only want to use it on flat ground, but REMEMBER, stay away from hills!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Money well spent!
I absolutely LOVE this scooter! It gets me around the neighborhood quickly. I assembled it in about twenty minutes. Nothing to it. My only complaint is the lack of ability to climb hills. It does OK on modest grades though. The brakes are fine. The kickstand is difficult to get to with your feet and the spring falls off easily. I’m not sure why because it is a strong spring.
